Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Because of the nature of research materials, shipped orders are final sale. Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund, and damaged or incorrect orders should be reported as soon as possible after delivery with photos. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute; unauthorized chargebacks may result in account closure and restrictions on future purchases.

Product Documentation

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other documentation are provided for reference and reflect testing of specific batches by independent laboratories. Verification links to third-party laboratory websites are provided for convenience, and those websites are governed by their own terms.

Storage and Handling

• Proper storage and handling after delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• We make no guarantee of product stability outside of appropriate storage conditions.
• Improper storage or handling voids any claim regarding product quality or integrity.
